2. Paid top-ups: unused balance refundable on request
Money you add to your wallet (paid top-ups) does not expire. You may request a refund of your unused paid balance at any time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, and are processed within [14 business days — to be confirmed]. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
3. Promotional trial credit is non-refundable
New accounts may receive a one-time $2 promotional trial credit. Trial credit is promotional, carries no cash value, and is not refundable or convertible to cash. It expires 30 days after it is granted, and any unused trial credit is forfeited at expiry.
4. Consumed usage is non-refundable
Credit that has already been consumed is not refundable. When you call a capability, the corresponding charge is settled and paid out to the underlying vendor, so the cost has already been incurred. Only unused paid balance remaining in your wallet is eligible for a refund.

6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@infrai.cc from the email address bound to your account — we use the sending address to verify the request. Tell us the amount or that you wish to refund your full unused paid balance. We will confirm the eligible amount and return it to your original payment method.
7. Disputes and exceptions
Where applicable law grants you a mandatory refund or cancellation right that is broader than this policy, we honour that law. We may decline or adjust a refund where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Questions about a refund may be sent to support@infrai.cc.
